IT outsourcing and team support

Developers and project leads you can bring in without recruitment and a long onboarding.

Project stages: analysis, design, development and launch

Outsourcing works when a team has more work than hands, when the person looking after the site leaves, or when a project has to be finished by a fixed date. We take on the scope you choose - from single tasks, through system maintenance, to running a whole delivery - and bill for the time actually worked.

IT outsourcing

We step into a project that already runs

We do not require rewriting the system from scratch - we start with an audit, documentation and taking over access.

  • an audit of the code, infrastructure and release process at the start,
  • taking over the repository, access credentials and backups,
  • working in your task tracker or in ours,
  • a monthly report of the hours worked,
  • an agreed response time for critical issues.

Where we help most often

Four ways of working together that can be combined and changed along the way.

Support and maintenance

Updates, backups, monitoring and bug fixes on a site that is already live - with an agreed response time.

Developers for your team

We join your process: code review, sprints, your tools and your standards. Billing for the hours worked.

Project takeover

We take over a site from another supplier - from the audit and documentation through to full responsibility for its development.

Administration and DevOps

Servers, deployments, certificates, performance and security. We can move the project to our infrastructure or work on yours.

FAQ

IT outsourcing - questions

How do you bill for outsourcing?

For the hours actually worked, reported monthly, or as a fixed package of hours at a lower rate. A package makes sense when requests come in regularly.

Will you take over a project written by someone else?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure to estimate the risks and the maintenance cost. Only then do we agree the scope and the rate - anything earlier would be guesswork.

What is the minimum scope?

We have no fixed hourly threshold, but for occasional requests standard post-launch support is cheaper. Outsourcing starts to pay off from roughly a dozen hours a month.

What technologies do you work in?

A PHP backend with the Symfony framework, data in PostgreSQL, interfaces in JavaScript. For projects on a different stack we say up front whether we are able to maintain them.

Need extra hands on a project or someone to look after your site?

Tell us what needs doing and in which stack - we will reply whether and to what extent we can step in.
