UDC Systems works on projects where it is not only the look of the site that matters, but also convenient administration, fast performance, security and room to grow. Our proprietary CMS lets you manage content, boxes, forms, case studies, reviews, assets and multiple language versions without involving a developer in every small change.

We deliver in a CMS

The CMS back end makes it easy to manage content, modules and forms.

Our own CMS gives you freedom in managing the site modules: boxes, galleries, forms, case studies, reviews, assets, menus and translations. That makes it easier to develop the site without rebuilding it from scratch.

We design in context

Design decisions follow the offer, the sales process and user expectations.

We do not design views in isolation from the content. First we arrange the offer, the sales arguments, the information hierarchy and the contact path, and only then do we choose the visual form.

How we work

A team that runs the project from the brief to launch

Strategy, interface design and development work together here, not in separate companies.

Every project has one dedicated contact who knows the business context and is responsible for communication. You never have to explain the same thing three times to three different people.

  • analysis of goals and audiences before the first wireframe,
  • interface design reviewed on working prototypes,
  • development in Symfony and deployment on our CMS,
  • testing, team training and support after launch.

Specifics instead of promises

We put the scope, deadlines and costs in writing before the start. If something needs to change along the way, we say so straight away, together with the consequences for the budget and the schedule.

Accessibility and standards

We design with readability, contrast and keyboard operation in mind. For public institutions we deliver sites compliant with WCAG requirements.

Performance as a requirement

We optimise images, queries and caching before launch. A fast site means better search rankings and higher conversion, not just a prettier test result.

A long horizon

We write code so that it can still be developed after a year and after five years - with documentation, tests of the critical paths and a predictable release process.

What working together looks like, step by step

We use the same rhythm for a company website and for a custom system - only the scale changes.

    Brief and analysis

    We talk about goals, audiences and processes. We gather requirements, look at the current tools and point out risks before the first wireframe is created.

  2. 02

    Design and prototype

    We create wireframes of the key views and the visual design. We review the clickable prototype with you to catch feedback before the development stage.

  3. 03

    Development and testing

    We deploy the project to a test environment, connect the integrations and check performance, mobile devices and data correctness.

  4. 04

    Launch and growth

    We publish the site, train the team and move into support mode: monitoring, fixes and further features planned in a monthly rhythm.
