Contact UDC Systems
Got an idea, a brief or a problem to solve? Write to us and we will help you organise the scope of work.
The best thing to do is write what you want to build, what stage the project is at and which features are key at the start. We will reply specifically and help match the scope of work to your goal, deadline and budget.

The easiest way is to write a few sentences about the project. You can attach a link to your current site, a list of the features you need or examples of solutions close to what you want to achieve.
Scope
Websites, online stores, custom systems and mobile applications.
We help you choose the right scope: a CMS-driven website, an online store, a custom system, a mobile app, integrations, technical SEO, maintenance and development after launch.
What happens after you send an enquiry
No chain of sales calls - you talk straight away to the person who will run the project.
- 01
We reply within 1 business day
We confirm that the enquiry has been received and ask about missing information, so that the first conversation is substantive.
- 02
A conversation about the scope
A meeting online or at our office. We discuss goals, constraints and budget, and show similar projects.
- 03
A quote broken down into stages
You receive a document with the scope, schedule and cost of every stage, along with a recommended order of work.
- 04
Project kick-off
After approval we agree the milestones, the communication channel and the decision-makers on both sides. The first stage begins.
Good to know before we talk
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
The project goal, examples of sites you like and an approximate budget are enough. If you have analytics for your current site or a list of requirements, all the better, but it is not a requirement.
Do I have to know the budget from the start?
You do not have to give an exact figure, but a range helps us propose a sensible scope. Without it, it is easy to prepare an offer that misses your expectations.
Do you work remotely or on site?
We run projects remotely for clients across Poland, and we organise on-site meetings when they help - most often at the analysis and handover stages.
Do you take on smaller jobs and fixes?
Yes. We take over the care of existing sites, improve performance, accessibility and individual features. We start with a short audit to estimate the work.
